ABOUT US
Rising Stars Business Academy is a 501(c)3 non-profit Youth Leadership Development Program. RSBA was established in 2010 in Moreno Valley, CA as a stand alone YouthBuild program. The mission of RSBA is designed to motivate, educate and train opportunity individuals to become leaders and positive members of the community.

RSBA works toward equipping our youth with the skills to become respectful, well-rounded individuals. As of 2024, RSBA YouthBuild has successfully graduated over 600 students from our YouthBuild program. Our students have pursued college, professional vocational training, entrepreneurship, military and employment with soaring success.
