I was born in Bradley, AR I am retired from import and export VSMPO I worked in this business for 26 years. I retired in 2018. I have been with Rising Stars for four years. ​

I am a new employee at Rising Stars Business Academy.Currently, I am the Lead Case Manager of the CalVIP Program at RSBA. I have been in case management for 12 years. I served as a case manager at Universal Health Services in 2011 where I provided case management services for a managed care Fortune 500 Company. In 2019, I became employed at Menifee Unified School District as a Behavioral Specialist. I worked with children with developmental disabilities such as autism, conduct disorder, cerebral palsy, ADHD, ADD, ODD, OCD, PTSD, Depression and Anxiety, and Harm to Self. Utilizing my case management skills, my responsibility was to establish action plans to decrease behaviors and provide services to students to aid in their educational success. My biggest achievements have been acquiring my Masters Degree in Healthcare Management, a Business Owner (Caterer), and being a foster parent to children with developmental disabilities and moving forward to adopt my children. My goals and aspirations are to serve the community and surrounding areas in Riverside County and invoke change in the lives of others. One fact about me is that I am currently working on my Ph.D in Nouthetic Counseling.

Mr. Lincoln was born in Trinidad, and later moved to the United States, where he lived in New York with his parents and two sisters.
Mr. Lincolns background stems from having his own business in Sound Engineering & Production for over 20 years. Mr. Lincoln later married Alicia Berridge who he has known for over 20 years, and together they started Rising Stars Business Academy in July 2010. Mr. Lincoln teaches Technology and Leadership Development At RSBA. Currently, Mr. Lincoln is also the Founder & Pastor of 1 With Him Ministries located in Moreno Valley, CA.

Benedito Orduno
Director Of Operation
Benny Orduno has served RSBA for six years in the capacity of volunteer, student services, mentor coordinator, academic counselor, leadership instructor, grant manager, Associate Director and now as the Director Of Operation. In spite of his family adversities, he is a first-generation college student, earned his B.A. in Psychology at CSUSB and is currently a graduate student at Walden University studying in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.

Jared Hernandez has been with RSBA for a total of six years. As an alumni he saw the value of the organization and wishes to give back as a staff and mentor. He loves being a father to his son and daughter he also enjoys being a mentor to the youth.

Leadership Development Coordinator
William "Big Will" Welch has served in many capacities over the last 20 years. Working with young people from all aspects of life. With he himself coming from an unstable background as a youth he has gain the experience needed to help transform the lives of those who find themselves at-risk in todays society. His focus as an intervention specialist will be to apply anger management, conflict resolution, and substance abuse awareness to any and all issues that disrupts ones ability to be progressive in society.

Davon Rayford is a former student now alumni of the Rising Stars Business Academy Youthbuild. He now serves as a mentor, front desk receptionist, art instructor and is currently advocating on the CSTAC (California State Alumni Council).

Khalilah Sharif

Khalilah Sharif has worked for Rising Stars Business Academy for over 6 years. She started working with opportunity youth in 2010 as a Registrar for YouthBuild Charter School of CA and has found that working with the youth is her passion. She enjoys mentoring and giving back to the community. Khalilah is a highly respected well-rounded individual who maintains her home life as a mother of 4 and working full-time. She is currently attending Walden University.

Elvira Rios graduated from UCR with a bachelors degree in Ethnic Studies. After earning her undergraduate degree at UCR she entered UCLA's Teacher Education Program where she was able to develop her teaching philosophy.
"My teaching philosophy is strongly grounded in social justice and critical thinking. As these values have been central to my teaching identity and praxis I have always strived to inculcate a classroom environment which nurtures respect, equality, and dialogue."

Joanna Bach has served nine years in YCSC (four years of which as a math teacher in RSBA). She is currently serving as the lead and the math teacher in RSBA. She earned a degree in mathematics, certificate in programming, and earned credits in civil engineering. Also, she has 20 years of teaching experience where she taught high school and college students.

Jordan Lyles (born July 28, 1999) is an American author, artist, musician, song writer and record producer. Jordan began his career creating songs in a broken down Ford Explorer and blossomed through the years; all while representing his family, city and most importantly God.

Peter Jones is a Graduate of Cal State San Bernardino with a Bachelor's in Social Sciences and his Master's Degree in Secondary Education. He has been teaching since 2005 in Jr High, High School and Brooks College Long Beach.

Alicia Berridge

Founder & Executive Director
Founder and Executive Director Alicia Berridge, is a native California raised in Windsor Hills/View Park. Mrs. Berridge has a diverse background stemming from the entertainment business, law enforcement, motivational speaking and entrepreneur/business owner. Mrs. Berridge served as a Los Angeles Police Officer/Training Officer and has also worked as a Public Defender Investigator for the County of Riverside. She has always worked with disenfranchised populations, specifically at-risk youth.
​
In 2000, Mrs. Berridge founded Rising Stars Academy in View Park, CA. At that time, there were no programs available for young girls or boys of color to learn about proper etiquette. This was her drive behind opening up an Etiquette Academy and giving back to her community. Youth were taught self-esteem, self-confidence, self-respect, public speaking practices, banking, after school tutoring, acting, dance, modeling, gymnastics and more.

In 2010, Mrs. Berrridge, along with her husband, Lincoln Berridge founded Rising Stars Business Academy in Moreno Valley, California, a Youth Leadership Development Program.
