Returning Students
As a returning student, you are required to submit two returning applications, one for RSBA and one for YCSC. Please complete both applications below, and if you have moved since you last attended RSBA, please send an update utility bill to kmuhammad@youthbuildcharter.org.
If you earned additional credits after leaving Rising Stars, please make sure you submit your transcripts to Ms. Khalilah.
